Renaissance Milwaukee West, a AAA Four Diamond premium distinctive hotel is seeking an experienced, energized, and curious minded Chief Engineer to lead our Maintenance and Loss Prevention Team.

Role Summary:


* Responsible for overseeing the Maintenance and Loss Prevention Department, ensuring adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities:


* Demonstrate Concord and Renaissance brand values in daily leadership, maintaining a positive, effective, and efficient environment.


* As a member of the Executive Team, collaborate routinely with all areas of the hotel and ensures cohesion throughout.


* Select, train, supervise, develop, and counsel associates.


* Schedule the department to business volume, in coordination with the Loss Prevention Manager.


* Manage time and attendance.


* Analyze financial and operating information on an ongoing basis, to adjust labor, supplies, materials, and other costs to achieve budget.


* Prepare and adhere to departmental budget.


* Provide the highest quality of guest service at all times; set example for all hotel associates.


* Ensure fulfillment of preventative maintenance program to specific brand standards.
