2026 MBA Marketing Summer Associate - (Multiple Openings)

Our MBA Summer Marketing Associates will join Kenvue for an 11-week internship program to consult on strategic & analytical marketing projects.

The program offers learning & development, culture, and mentorship opportunities for each participant.

This position reports into the Brand Team and Marketing Capabilities Team and is based in Summit, NJ.

Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is located in Summit, NJ
Pay: Anticipated hourly pay for this role ($40.00 - $50.00) depending on skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors

Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Summer Associate, you become an integral part of a Brand or Marketing Capabilities Team.

Some of the responsibilities may include:

• Learning the history & equity of our brands to help shape the path forward

• Researching competitive advertising, consumer promotion, market research, product/package improvements & best practices

• Consulting on strategic business problems & using data to create recommendations and tell stories

• You will be given the opportunity to interact with senior management, including a midpoint and fin...
