P osition Summary:

1.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive category growth for assigned key accounts by leveraging Kenvue brands.

2.

Lead the analysis, proposal, and execution processes using internal and external tools to achieve sales and budget targets for assigned key accounts.

How does the management trainee program work

Our program offers the next generation of sales leaders a comprehensive understanding of key commercial functions within the organization, enabling them to effectively contribute to the sales team and drive business success.

The program will involve a rotational experience across core commercial functions of 18-month period, followed by a dedicated assignment in a sales role.

This approach aims to build well-rounded professionals who possess a holistic understanding of the business landscape and can leverage insights from various departments in their marketing strategies.

Key Components:

1.

Rotational Structure:

• Duration: Each rotation will last approximately 4 to 6 months, allowing trainees to deeply engage with each function.

• Functions: The program will include rotations in the following key commercial areas/skills:

• Brand Marketing: Marketing strategy development, product management, marketing plan execution, cross-functional collaboration

• eCommerce: Understanding customer needs, online and digital business environment understanding, customer interaction, commercial market dynamic

• Data Analysis (CBI/CRM/SSI): Understanding how to collect, process, and interpret data to support decision-making by transforming raw data into meaningful insights that enhance business strategies, streamline operations, and uncover new opportunities.

• Customer Development (Sales): Understanding customer needs, Customer interaction, sales strategies, and commercial market dynamics.

2.

Customer Development Position Assignment:

• After completing the rotations, trainees will be assigned to a specific Sales role that aligns with their strengths and interests .
