Kenvue Acquisition & Divestiture (A&D) Data Migration Manager

This position reports into Cut Over and Data Migration Director and is based at Anywhere.

What you will do

The Kenvue A&D Data Migration Manager is responsible for managing processes, resources, planning for future needs, budget management, and ensuring objectives and service levels are met:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the data migration process for Kenvue A&D projects, ensuring seamless transition of information

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize data migration efficiency and accuracy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data migration issues

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices for data migration

• Stay current on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data migration processes

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful data migration

• Monitor and report on data migration progress and issues

• Ensure compliance with data migration best practices and standards

• Provide guidance and support to team members involved in data migration activities

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in data migration or related field

• University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Computer Science or relevant field

• Proven track record of successful data migration projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with data migration tools and technologies

• Ability to think creatively and strategically

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in data migration processes

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
