This position reports into Packaging Supervisor and is based at Fort Washington, PA.

What you will do

The Manufacturing Associate I is responsible for operating production equipment to produce subassemblies or finished products, interpreting instructions and specifications to set up equipment, and ensuring products are properly assembled and defects are removed:

Key Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures


* Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications


* Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks


* Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes


* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment


* Collaborate with production team to operate manufacturing equipment and produce subassemblies or finished products according to specifications


* Ensure all products on assembly line are properly assembled and remove defective products


* Clean and maintain equipment as needed, and notify supervisor of maintenance and repairs


* Prepare accurate records/documentation related to quality and work in progress


* Troubleshoot minor production problems to ensure smooth operations


* This is to work on either day shift or night shift- hours 6:00am-6pm or 6pm-6am.

This is a 2-2-3 rotation schedule

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


* High School/Secondary Education or Equivalent


* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately


* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly


* Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills


* Proven working experience in manufacturing or production environment for 2-4 years


* Experience with operating production equipment and interpreting instructions and specifications
