This position reports into the Field Force Manager and is based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Role reports to: Field Force Manager

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

What you will do

The purpose of the work is to achieve the sales goals of the Kenvue product range by ensuring the standards of representation of the Product in pharmacy chains, effective management of the field team, providing it with the appropriate rules, procedures, instructions and training necessary to operate, establish and maintain profitable relationships with customers, distributors and agencies in the territory in the area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities


* Implementation of sales plans and key performance indicators.


* Management and control of the work of the team of representatives of trade agencies in the territory in the area of responsibility.


* Determine routes to cover the representative of the trade agency in accordance with the current procedures.

Control over the implementation of the agreed coverage on the territory.


* Setting and monitoring the implementation of goals and objectives in accordance with the priorities of the month.


* Control over the implementation of assigned tasks by the Company's employees.


* To form, check and analyze reports and data from retail outlets and the activities of agency personnel in points.


* Conduct joint visits and training at retail outlets in accordance with the established procedures "Joint visits and audits".


* Conduct control visits at retail outlets (store check) in accordance with the established procedure "Joint visits and audit".


* Holding meetings to discuss the Company's key performance indicators on the territory with the agency's team.


* Provide information on agreements with key clients to the agency's personnel responsible for work at the outlet.


* Negotiate with local key pharmacy chains (LKAs).
