Tasks and Responsibilities

We are seeking an On-Site Operative for DHL Express who will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service that aligns with customer needs.

This role is critical in raising DHL's profile within the customer’s organisation, maximising business opportunities, and strengthening the partnership through added value.

The successful candidate will leverage logistics expertise to oversee the customer experience, ensuring accurate processing of all outbound and inbound paperwork to meet published transit times.

Additionally, the On-Site Operative will provide proactive customer service through DHL's IT platform or direct communication, while ensuring compliance with all specialist shipping requirements, including those for Dangerous Goods.
