Payment Rails Product Delivery Manager- Vice President

As a Product Delivery Manager in Treasury Services- Payments, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers.
As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilities
* Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
* Owns and manages the technology investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
* Collaborates closely with technology partners and product managers to prioritize and deliver key initiative
* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
* Works closely with counterparts in other regions to coordinate activities that involve multi-regional engagement; Payment Product teams, Credit Risk, Technology and Operations
* Thinks through global system performance, reliability, scalability, service levels, and responsiveness of solutions, ensuring robust program management and reporting to all relevant stakeholders and partners
* Identifies process deficiencies, business risks, and escalates accordingly within the Risk and Control framework
* Acts as a liaison between the technology team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects
* Understands and contributes to the role of a Product Owner, ensuring that product visions are translated into actionable plans
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
* Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
* Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
* Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
* Working knowledge of Data analytics tools eg DB macros, Python and like data managing tools
* Working knowledge of Payment flows and credit risk management
* Commercialization acumen, strong analytics, outside-in competitive view
* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to present product concepts, gather feedback and influence decision-making processes
