* Current IN state license is a plus.

Community Hospital Outpatient Center - Harvest - Schererville, Indiana

Powers Health Hospital Outpatient Center - Wicker - Saint John, Indiana


* Facility hours are 9am-8pm M-F and 8am-4:30pm Sat/Sun; closed major holidays.


* Epic EMR.


* Higher acuity; typical UC procedures required.


* On-site lab and imaging during facility hours.


* Standard point of care testing.
