Position Overview

The Lead Senior Finance Analyst, Orthopaedics Inventory Management will be part of the Orthopaedics WW Supply Chain Finance Organization.

The role will work closely with a cross-platform team to deliver on our objectives in improving our competitiveness, while optimizing our Inventory effectiveness and further accelerating our growth & profitability.

This an excellent opportunity to be at the center of our enterprise and directly impact the entire franchise’s success! We need a finance professional to deliver on our next chapter of our strategy to improve gross profit and drive efficiencies in the use of the working capital for the company.

We are looking for a data driven, high energy professional with the ability to go deep into analysis/insight and the ability to influence decisions and actions.

The right candidate will have an independent perspective, high engagement, passion on new technologies and an execution focus.

Key Responsibilities:


* Contribute to initiatives related to cost and Cash Flow optimization in the areas of Inventory Management with focus on Excess & Obsolete


* Partner with key regional and global collaborators to establish robust analytics and governance related to Inventory Management
