General Purpose of Job

This position is responsible for safeguarding industrial control systems (ICS) and other operational technology (OT) assets against cyber threats.

This role focuses on monitoring, assessing, and enhancing the security posture of OT environments by identifying vulnerabilities, responding to incidents, ensuring compliance with relevant security standards and policies, identifying control gaps and recommending solutions and work closely with the OT Administrators to engineer and deploy new security solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field.

• Preferred requirement of one earned IT security certification (e.g.

Security +, GCIA, GCIH, CISSP, CEH, etc)

• Preferred requirement of GICSP Certification, or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire.

• Job-related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Experience

• Minimum of four (4) years of professional work experience in cybersecurity, with exposure to OT or ICS environments.

Experience in System or Network Administration (Windows, Linux, Cisco, etc.).

• Preferred Network Security Analyst experience.

Other Requirements



* Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, including a personal computer, printers, copy machines and telephone.


* Ability to work irregular hours for assignment completion and flexibility to change scheduling and report to work on short notice during emergency situations.


* A valid Florida Driver's License


* Normal work hours shall be eight (8) hours between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.


* Occasional business travel may be required.


* Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen.
