Safety Officer

Responsibilities:

• Implement Company Environmental, Health & Safety Management System, including EHS Manual, Procedures, Plans, and Work Instructions
• Support both internal and external system audits and ISO45001 certification processes
• Ensure sites comply with legal requirements, as well as internal policies and guidelines
• Arrange and provide training to internal and external stakeholders
• Organize and arrange safety and environmental promotion activities
• Conduct regular inspections, recommend corrective and preventive actions for identified findings
• Fulfill the duties as specified in Factory and Industrial Undertaking (Safety Officer and Safety Supervisor) Regulation

Qualifications

Requirements:


* Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.


* Registered Safety Officer under F&IU (S.O./S.S.) Regulation Cap 59.

Registered Safety Auditor is an advantage.


* 5 years of RSO experience, with at least 2 years in the Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) Industry; Experience with MTR and/or CLP is an advantage


* Able to work in night shift


* Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin


* Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills


* Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Safety Officer
