Responsibilities:


* Assist in providing therapeutic treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist


* Work with patients to improve their functional skills and help them regain independence


* Monitor and report on patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals


* Ensure a safe and caring environment for patients throughout their treatment

Qualifications:


* Valid COTA certification


* Proven experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Compassionate, team-oriented attitude
