Maximus is currently seeking a Quality Analyst to support our Professional Services team.

This is a remote opportunity.

The Quality Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across the project.

You will be responsible for quality analysis efforts on multiple applications, drive process improvements, and champion a culture of continuous improvement You will conduct quality audits and reviews to help ensure quality process and products are implemented.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Deliver consulting project activities for various projects.

- Analyze complex data and identify patterns, recommend actions, and measure outcomes.

- Coordinate with technical staff to understand business requirements, specifications, and processes.

- Conduct market research and understand market trends.

- Create system functional specifications from business requirements.

- Interact with organization and client managers.

- Perform cost/schedule monitoring,
- Identify additional product and service opportunities in customer organization.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in related field.

- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required.

- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

- 2 years or more of related experience with telecommunications and relay services.

- Knowledge of Public utilities and transportation regulatory policy analysis and formulation.
