Purpose: The Innovation Quality Manager drives the transformation and optimization of Commercial Quality (CQ) processes by leading innovative initiatives that integrate emerging technologies, process efficiency, and customer needs.

This role focuses on delivering measurable improvements through simplification, efficiency, and alignment with strategic priorities.

You will be responsible for:

Innovation and Strategic Transformation


* Support the definition and preparation of business cases for CQ’s new digital tools and processes, focusing on simplification, optimization, and measurable outcomes and value proposition, including cost-benefit analyses and projections for value realization


* Act as a champion for fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the CQ organization


* Collaborate with Analytics Translators, Technology Influencers, and Digital Change Leads to co-create and prioritize value-driven digital solutions
