We are searching for the best talent for Business Excellence Engineer Co-Op to be in Cornelia, GA.


* The typical Co-op term is from August to December, 2025


* Full time requirement (40 hours per week)

Purpose:

It is a temporary role designed to integrate academic knowledge with practical, on-the-job experience within the Business Excellence department.

You will be responsible for:



* This role supports objectives aligned with the company’s overall strategic goals.


* Responsibilities will vary under general direction and may include tasks determined by functional supervisors, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and corporate procedures.


* This program serves as a potential strategic feeder to full-time recruitment efforts once completed.

Please note that there is no commitment for full-time employment following the internship.

Qualifications / Requirements:



* Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at accredited University is required.


* Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.


* Candidates are currently pursuing a Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.


* Candidates should possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
