Job Description:

Scope of work:
1.Manage flow diversion product line ofitsmanufacture,supply, implant, promotion,internal &externaltraining,marketing campaign,etca)产品策略分析与制定:洞察行业趋势、客户需求、竞品分析、为产品商业化制定清晰的打法并落地b)产品推广内容开发:通过市场洞察，及时调整产品定位及医学推广信息，制作开发推广内容和工具，帮助销售团队提升业务推广能力
c)产品生命周期管理:从研发改良到上市，协调注册、医学、供应链、质量等各部门协同工作，确保上市顺利d)学术平台搭建与KOL管理:策划组织市场活动，搭建全国学术平台，培养讲者，维护KOL关系，提升产品认可度，确保品牌产品信息有效传递，助力学术推广。
e)内外部产品及术式培训:协同Educationsolution部门，开发制作销售/跟台人员培训课程，工具，及工作流程，帮助团队掌握专业技术能力，辅助术者手术。协助ES部门开发术者培养体系，打造平台。2.Colaborate withthe local partner to ensure
smooth commercialization.
3.Communicate with global and regionalleaders toupdate key milestones and regular affairs about newproductlaunch and business progress.
Qualification:
1.教育背景:本科及以上学历，医学，生物工程，医疗器械相关专业优先。MBA或硕士以上学历加分，有神经介入领域相关 经验加 分
2.工作经验:5年以上医疗器械行业经验。有相关sales/commercialmarketing工作经验加分3.语言能力:英文能力可以作为工作语 言
4.其他要求:Entrepreneurship，责任心强，勇于担当适应出差，沟通协调能力佳
