Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for Lead Talent Sourcing Partner, MedTech Executive, to be in one of the following locations:  Cincinnati, OH; Danvers or Raynham, MA; Ft.

Washington, Springhouse, or West Chester, PA; Irvine, CA; Warsaw, IN; Jacksonville or Tampa, FL; New Brunswick or Raritan, NJ.

The Lead Talent Sourcing Partner, MedTech Executive, is responsible for the identification & delivery of exceptional executive-level candidates for Johnson & Johnson’s most critical MedTech executive talent priorities globally.

To achieve success, this Talent Acquisition professional will utilize strategic sourcing methodologies, business intelligence, internal and external networks, professional organizations, social media, branding initiatives, and technology tools to identify, engage, and recruit external talent prospects. 

Key Responsibilities: 


* Join a Global Talent Sourcing organization focused on successful identification, attraction, and development of passive & active talent prospects within the Senior Director and Vice President space. 



* Develop and deliver innovative and effective talent identification and sourcing strategies for J&J’s most critical global talent priorities to build proactive pipelines and fill executive-level openings. 



* Ability to develop, execute, and deliver external insights to senior stakeholders and have the ability to drive strategy with the same data.

 



* Be a resourceful and consultative relationship builder by partnering with Senior Talent Acquisition team members to understand talent priorities and manage external talent pipeline health.
