Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Payments to support our Enterprise Contract Management (ECM) team, located in Raritan, NJ!

The Senior Analyst Enterprise Payments will ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant calculation and processing of Rebates and other payments are made in accordance with contractual obligations to Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), acute care hospitals, and surgery centers throughout North America, on behalf of multiple J&J companies.

The Senior Analyst will also be responsible for reviewing the Payments calculated by assigned analysts and addressing tactical and strategic payment processes to ensure team alignment with all applicable Guidance Documents, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions.

Key Responsibilities:


* Provide regular communication, coaching/feedback, and payment- or system-related guidance to Enterprise Payments team members.


* Demonstrate a customer-centric focus, communicating effectively with internal/external business partners, troubleshoot issues of varying complexity, and follow up where needed.


* Identify and implement process improvements and projects to drive operational efficiencies and increase effectiveness of the team.


* Develop user requirements and perform business/user testing for system changes, new business transitions and new payment strategies.


* Develop, run, and analyze required and ad-hoc Payment reports for customers, field sales organization, and senior leadership.
