Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Director, Consumer Marketing within the U.S.

MedTech Vision organization and will be based in Jacksonville, FL.

This individual will lead the consumer marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, converting contact lens considerers and implementing effective consumer engagement strategies to promote the $1.8 billion dollar ACUVUE® brand for the U.S.

Marketing organization. 

This leader will be responsible for the comprehensive consumer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth for the ACUVUE® Brand.  This position leads the ACUVUE® demand generation, consumer experience and loyalty solution initiatives in the US market and has direct line management for the consumer marketing team.  Additional responsibilities will include: 



* Develop and implement comprehensive consumer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth for the ACUVUE® Brand


* Evolve the consumer journey to increase conversion of considerers and loyalty of existing consumers engaging with ACUVUE®


* Own the strategy and execution of demand generation through organic and paid channels


* Lead the development and implementation of creative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging.


* Develop consumer journeys to nurture and upgrade wearers through CRM


* Deliver on the rewards, loyalty and promotion strategy for supporting new and current wearers into ACUVUE®


* Develop the strategic roadmap for the future of loyalty programs


* Collaborate with corporate Media Excellence Team and media agencies in launch and execution of paid media campaigns


* Collaborate with cross-functional regional and global teams to conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.


* Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and encouraging a collaborative work environment.
