We are searching for the best talent for a Laboratory Administrative Specialist to be in Leiden, Netherlands!

Are you a detailed professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? At Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Leiden, we’re building the future of research, and we need your support! DPDS TDS AD is a Research and Development department built on several pillars.

The pillars are divided based on therapeutic areas and specific techniques.

Your role will be pivotal in its successful operation and management.

As a Laboratory Administrative Specialist, you’ll help keep our lab running efficiently by managing operations, coordinating training, and supporting financial processes.

This is a permanent role that will formally begin with a 12-month initial agreement.

Working hours will be 32 to 36 hours per week (day shift), with the chance to create a real impact from day one!

You will be responsible for:


* You'll lead the planning and coordination of team meetings, including agendas, logistics and follow ups.


* We rely on you to manage budgets, track expenses, and support procurement in partnership with out finance team.


* You'll coordinate training programs and act as the go to person for GMP and innovation- related learning.


* We count on you to ensure lab compliance safety and help share our teams’ achievements and successes.

Qualifications/Requirements


* You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Office Management, Health Sciences, Laboratory Management, or a related field.


* You bring experience in administrative or project support roles, preferably in a lab or research setting.


* You’re confident using financial tools, staying organized, and communicating across teams.
