Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing, configuring, the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements

• Follow the ServiceNow development best practices when developing.

• Code reviews and quality control checks to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

• Debugging and fixing technical problems

• Producing and running Automated Test Framework (ATF) / Manual test cases to guarantee software quality.

• Documenting code and application functionality

• Staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development ensures your success.

Qualifications Position Requirements:

• BA/BS required and a degree in STEM field

• Preferred 1 year of ServiceNow experience

• Demonstrated experience balancing business needs with customization controls and speed/scale

• Experience with a modern object-oriented programming language (e.g., JavaScript)

• Experience working in and/or leading Product, Agile, and Scrum teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in both 1-1 and large group settings Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Certifications & Skills

• Certifications are preferred ServiceNow Developers, Administration

Required Qualifications

• Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering field is necessary.

• With 1 year of experience in ServiceNow development (e.g., JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS) or

• Experience in java full stack development experience

Requirements & Skill

• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.

• Experience with software development methodologies.

• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM)

• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
