We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Engineer to join our New Product Development (NPD) team in Irvine, CA.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in medical/ catheter manufacturing and product transfers, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and analytical skills.

You will play a pivotal role in driving projects from initial concept through to final product, ensuring alignment with our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:


* Work in the development of new products by applying manufacturing skills, development of process instructions


* Develop/create preliminary prototype tools, jigs, fixtures and semi-automation to facilitate the assembly process to increase yield, reduce touch time.


* Participate with product transfer process, ensuring efficient transition from development to commercial manufacturing.


* Conduct equipment validations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.


* Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and resolve engineering challenges throughout the development cycle.


* Create and maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, validation protocols, and project reports.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, share insights, and drive projects to successful completion.


* Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting as needed, perform root cause analysis, engineering analysis on new assembly processes.


* Assist project lead on project deliverable while operating with minimum supervision while promoting a team-oriented culture.
