Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Data Analyst, Project Manager II – Shockwave to join our team located in Santa Clara, CA.

Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.

Position Overview

The Data Analyst, Project Manager II is responsible for supporting either R&D OPEX projects, Commercial Operations, or J&J Integration projects by providing relevant project data for PMO and Shockwave business functions to ensure project and program information and reports are adhered to the business requirements.

Responsible for gathering data from projects to produce reports and forecasts for past and future project performance.

Essential Job Functions


* Supports the development and implementation of PMO enterprise system and tools.


* Gathers data from project managers, project teams, and generate reports for management teams.


* Supports the delivery and tracks changes of project data across the organization.


* Engages with stakeholders at all levels including portfolio, program, project managers, and PMO management team to ensure timely provision of accurate information.


* Capture, sort, improve, report, and analyze collected data for the PMO and Key Stakeholders as needed.


* Ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams and constructively challenge project information.


* Monitor projects to ensure quality data is captured and accurately reported.


* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements


* BS/BA in Business, Data Analytics, Information System with 2+ years of project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
