The Opportunity


* Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Family Medicine physicians.


* This opportunity is in Primary Care.


* Current CA state license is a plus.

Adelanto Community Health Center - Adelanto, California

Ontario Health Center - Ontario, California

San Bernardino Health Center - San Bernardino, California


* As a Federally Qualified Health Center, this site is eligible for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).


* Referral resources include WIC, Dental, Psych, Nutritionist, and a MediCal case worker.


* Facility hours for this location are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm.


* Patient mix is a majority adults.


* 15-18 patients per day per provider.


* Point of Care testing available at site; minimal labs.
