 COMPENSATION INFORMATION
The salary range(s) represents our good faith estimate for the role at this time.

* Operations Analyst II -  Pay Range$ 68,600 - $ 85,750


* Operations Analyst III -  Pay Range: $ 76,000 - $ 96,900

Southwest Power Pool (SPP) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Analyst to lead Model Coordination activities within our Operations Support department.

This role is critical to ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of SPP's operational models that support the Marketplace, Balancing Authority, Reliability Coordination, and Tariff functions.

As an Operations Analyst you will:

Take ownership of developing, implementing, and refining policies, processes, and systems guided by a comprehensive understanding of Attachment AE to the SPP Tariff.

You will collaborate with Market Participants, Transmission Owners, Customers, and internal SPP staff to maintain and advance the accuracy and coordination of our operational models.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead the planning, development, and implementation of model coordination policies and systems.


* Review and approve requested model changes with a strong understanding of power system operations and industry best practices.


* Manage the coordination and release of models across multiple operational environments.
