Job Title: Lead External Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Analyst with a strong analytical & insights background to provide critical support to Performance Management Squad in Kenvue.

This team is responsible for delivering strategic analytics projects and external performance reporting to Senior Leadership and the Board.

This role is pivotal in keeping Kenvue connected to external trends, understanding our categories and markets, and supporting strategic investment decisions.

A successful candidate will also have a combination of both subject matter expertise in understanding consumption, market and socio-demographic data and Financials as well as strong communication / influencing skills to influence global brand and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities:



* Data Analysis: Proactively analyze Kenvue's performance across various data sources, including share performance, economic forecasts, category forecasts, and competitor reports.


* Identify key insights through superior analytics and communication skills to influence the business to optimize investment and drive growth.


* Leverage best in class analytical approaches: Support the optimization of reporting processes and dashboarding to meet evolving business needs through training and support.


* Market Monitoring: Continuously review market landscapes to ensure optimal data coverage and provide monthly summaries of external changes to leadership.


* Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with global strategy, brand development, and regional teams to ensure adoption of tools and insights.


* Communication Facilitation: Serve as a communication liaison between cross-functional stakeholders and the project team, ensuring clarity and alignment regarding project goals, deliverables, and timelines.


* Provide outside-in mindset and continuously review external market landscape to stay on top of competitor innovation trends and identify new areas or best practices for future innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



* Degree in marketing, finance, sciences or economics is preferred

• Minimum 5 years of FMCG or similar experience is desired alongside strong understanding of typical FMCG data sources - NiQ, Euromonitor, Economic indicators

• Be a crucial partner with proven track record of providing insights to influence leadership teams

• Must be highly analytical, experience in analytics is a must

• Desire and ability to understand the wider business to appreciate how your work impacts the bigger picture

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Advanced Excel skills are a plus.

• Project Management & Organization Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
