As a Senior Hospitality Manager within the Executive Dining and Banqueting Program, you will oversee all service disciplines at 270 Park.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment where continuous improvement is the norm.

Job responsibilities


* Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance hospitality services


* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of hospitality professionals


* Oversee budgeting and financial management for hospitality operations


* Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers


* Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events and meetings


* Implement and monitor quality assurance processes for service excellence


* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards


* Identify and drive opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in hospitality services

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills


* minimum of 5 years experience in a hospitality background


* Strong leadership and team management skills


* Excellent organizational and planning abilities


* Effective communication and interpersonal skills


* Ability to build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships


* Experience in event planning and execution


* Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards


* Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills


* Extensive experience in hospitality management, preferably in a corporate setting
