We are looking for a passionate Network Operations Analyst to work with our Network Operations Manager to help us manage and improve stability globally across our IT infrastructure landscape.

The Operations team is a largely outsourced function, having partnered with a small number of strategic partners.  This role will be key in embedding our unique and forward-thinking Service Operations mindset and culture in the delivery of services through these vendors.

We are looking for a Junior Network Operations Analyst to support our Network Operations Manager and other Ops Managers globally to ensure that all day-to-day operational activities are carried out in a timely, safe and reliable way.

The Team

The TechOps team was created following the IPO of Elanco, separating from Elanco’s previous parent company Eli Lilly & Company.

TechOps is responsible for all IT Infrastructure across the enterprise and looking to take the opportunity to think differently, build for the future and use modern technologies.

Your Responsibilities:


* Supporting the Network Operations Manager in all BAU network related activities


* Working with our vendors ensuring they perform according to their SLAs and driving a customer-first service vision.


* Ensuring a successful day-to-day delivery of all Network Services to approximately 70 sites globally including cloud services (Azure and GCP) and Co-Location Data Centres covering Cisco LAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi and Palo Alto firewalls.


* Working with a globally dispersed Site Services teams to understand impact assessment for incidents/major incidents.


* Working with our other service aligned Operations Managers to ensure service stability across a complex and heavily regulated landscape.


* Engage in Service Operations tasks across all phases of the lifecycle including Incident, Problem, Change and Release.


* Delivering / Owning Service Improvements and small projects.
