ED- Specialist Design Engineer

Technical support for Tenders (Specifications, Drgs & BOM ).

Complete responsibility for the technical executions & documentation including the technical review of tender documents, preparation of project launch documentation, attending and replying to all customer comments, correspondences, meeting etc.

Review of Single line diagram for the overall project, CT/VT sizing calculations/Adequacy check.

AC, DC & Heating load calculation, selection of relay & metering list.

Compilation and submission of Base Design & Detailed Design documentation to the customers according to the project SOW and the customer requirements.

Assistance to POM on specific technical issues during Customer Inspection.

Complete Design and drawings, BOM Preparation for all Materials & Subcon BOM, Subcontract Award.

Clear data to all manufacturing units (SE & non SE).

System studies: Load flow and Short circuit calculations and Relay setting calculations, Harmonic Mitigation studies.

Battery and Charger sizing calculations, RFQ, Scrutiny of vendor offer & drawings, BOM creation.

Coordination with T&C Engineers and support during Testing & Commissioning activities.

Site visits for gathering of information on existing site conditions and existing equipment.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in the electrical engineering.

A very good knowledge of SE products and services.

A proven experience in the Saudi Arabia market and industry.

Good soft skills.
