The ideal candidate will have a strong dedication to providing exceptional care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide basic patient care including assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating, etc.).
* Monitor and record patient health conditions and report any changes to nursing staff.
* Assist with mobility, positioning, and transferring of patients.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
* Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
* Work some weekends and holidays as needed.
Qualifications:
* Must be a state-tested Nurse Aide.
* Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate nature.
* Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
* Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
* Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
