The Riverside University Health System - Behavioral Health Department seeks a candidates for Behavioral Health Services Supervisor position.

We have Immediate openings in the areas below:

Youth Treatment & Education Center (YTEC), Riverside
Incumbents in these positions supervise and coordinate the work of multidisciplinary staff providing behavioral health services for specialized programs within the behavioral health department.

We are looking for candidates who


* Are Licensed professionals (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)


* Have a minimum of two years post-licensure experience


* Have strong computer and organizational skills


* Have supervisory/lead experience

In addition to the base pay, Behavioral Health Services Supervisors assigned to DETENTION positions receive an hourly differential of 20%.

This differential applies to all hours worked, which is any regular or overtime hours worked up to 80 hours per pay period (it does not apply to the use of leave balances).

Please note this differential is temporary and can be removed at any time.

Incumbents in this classification receive a forensic mental health differential of 8.3%.

About Detention Behavioral Health Services
Our Detention services provides mental health and substance use disorder specific behavioral health services to incarcerated youth and their families in an effort to reduce recidivism and increase recovery and health for reunification into broader community environments.

These position will work with Psychiatrist, Therapists, Counselors, Case Managers and other professional staff and supervise multiply disciplinary teams.

These position will oversee mental health detention services, and that evidence based practices and modalities are used effectively.

The position will ensure a mental health response team is available to address life threatening situations such as suicidal ideation or attempts in the jails.

Additionally, these positions ensure all referred individuals receive a mental health evaluation to determine the presence of a psychiatric problem and identify the services needed.

These positions also ensure medication services are provided as needed along with follow up mental health referrals for outpatient services.

Shift
This position will be a 4/10 shift - 8:00am - 6:30pm two days a week and 10:00am - 8:30pm two days a week.

This position will require candidate to pass Probation Security Clearance.
