The Facilities Supervisor is accountable for personnel supervision to ensure facilities system maintenance and operation to deliver good quality, safety, compliance, and productive workplace environment.

This role is responsible for the operation and compliance of all site facilities equipment and utilities (cGMP critical and non-critical), and employee supervision, providing a safe, balanced, engaging, and encouraging work experience.

High consideration for a candidate for this role will have experience in facilities systems and processes, with excellent leadership skills to lead people and maintain optimum operation.

Key Responsibilities:



* Supervise staff for the operation and maintenance of Facilities systems and building infrastructure.


* Coordinate, organize, and leads activities for the team and contracted personnel.


* Responsible and accountable for the safe execution of daily activities performed by the maintenance team, following statutory, environmental, regulatory (cGMP), corporate site, and team practices and procedures.
