The Brand Manager is an individual contributor who is a developing subject matter expert, working independently with minimal supervision.

Serves as the subject matter expert on Product Management strategy and provides advanced insights into market performance and product trends.

Acts as a thought leader on product development and drives data driven solutions for stakeholders and customers.

Leverages analytics and reporting to develop go-to-market strategies for new products.

Brand Manager manages daily Product Management operations under minimal supervision.

Executes the Product Management strategy and employs a customer-centric approach that incorporates the latest innovations in research and development.

Creates presentations and reports that highlight key performance indicators and reflect the complexities of the market.

Incorporates industry best practices into recurring Product Management processes.

Utilizes predictive analytical tools to forecast product performance in the market and recommend product enhancements.

In this role you will also be collaborating with the Medical Affairs and Market Access functions and other sales and marketing teams to search for new opportunities through systematic assessment of market trends, unmet customer needs and competitive activity.

Brand Manager develops, leads, and ensures execution of business plans to meet future needs and expectations.

Responsibilities include development of short-term tactical sales and Brand/Product Management marketing plans, and contributes to longer-term tactical plans.

Ensures brand integrity by leading efforts across multiple functions and channels.

Implements tactical plan by providing appropriate promotional materials.

Works across all elements of the marketing mix and uses appropriate channels of communication.

Monitors and controls budget to access promotional effectiveness.

Works productively with external agencies and cross functional groups within the organization.

Ensures completion of market analysis and monitors competitive activity.

Develops new concepts and products; portfolio management and prioritization of new opportunities through financial modeling and gap analysis.
