Job Description:
Acts as a top level specialist to establish programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance efficient Supply Chain Planning initiatives.

Manages or contributes to projects, programs, or processes for the Planning Strategy & Capabilities area.

Develops actionable insights of analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's supply chain planning strategy.

Consults Principals on timelines for Planning Strategy & Capabilities projects and initiatives.

Develops industry leading strategies that optimize the supply chain process by maximizing and improving customer inventory planning, materials movement and storage, finished goods movement, and storage and inventory control.

Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
