YOUR TASKS

Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok

Reporting to Industry Development Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality sales support service to Global Account Managers.


* Sell and provide after-sales services to our customers, such as pro-active monitoring of shipments, handling special requests and resolving customers’ enquiries.


* Support various sales teams by working closely with sales staff and liaising with other departments to meet customers’ needs.


* Assist in preparing different reports and providing support for other sales activities.

 

YOUR PROFILE



* HKALE / HKDSE or equivalent with full certificate, diploma holder is preferred


* Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Sales or Customer Service Fields


* Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills


* Self-motivated, customer-focused and able to work under pressure


* Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)


* Proficient PC skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
