Receptionist part time

Vasona Creek Healthcare is hiring a part time receptionist-

M-4 PM-9 PM

Wed-5 PM-9 PM

Thursday- 9 AM-5 PM

Friday-9 AM-5 PM

-High School Diploma required

-Greet visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor

-Monitor visitor access

-Maintain visitor sign-in log

-Answer multi-line telephone system, screen and direct calls

-Take and relay messages

-Direct people to the appropriate destination

-Deal with queries from the public and customers

-Receive and sort mail

-Provide general administrative and clerical support - limited to the receptionist area

-Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings

-Tidy and maintain the reception area.

-Professional personal presentation
