As a Technical Program Manager III in Corporate Sector, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders.

Job responsibilities:


* Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration


* Oversee complex technology project and program execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks


* Support Global Technology Strategy and IP Chief of Staff (CoS) and Head of BET to define and drive impactful strategic operational change across all IP capabilities and functional pillars.


* Act as a strategic advisor and influencer to senior executive and key stakeholders, internal and external to IP, to identify strategic change initiatives.


* Challenge the status quo with leadership and recommend course-corrective, innovative solutions to ensure the right outcomes are obtained.


* Carry-out in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business cases for change and leadership decision making.


* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomes


* Guide the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, platforms and software tools leveraging advanced technical fluency


* Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment


* Demonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutions


* Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives
