Distribution Sales Manager - South

Description - External


* Manage the sales operations within an assigned territory and ensure that company sales goals are achieved.


* Territory management, manage sell through (distributor's sell out) and KPI of distributor in each territory.


* Monitor and analyze monthly, quarterly of sell through data and set up action to drive sell through in territory.


* Work closely with distributor's salesperson, communicate Sales promotion, Sales kits, and tools to distributor's salesperson, make sure that all tools have deliver to customers in territory.


* Coaching & implement for BCP program, ensure that distributor's salesperson applies BCP technique to their visit, keep monitoring provide feedback and improvement.


* Understand market behavior in territory, key Customers, and key Competitors.


* Monitoring market trends, Competitors' sales activities, and Consumer needs.


* Plan join visit with distributor's Salesperson to support top point of sales / retailers,


* Building and sustaining solid relationships with both existing and potential customers with distributor's Salesperson.


* Identifying professional development opportunities for distributors' Salesperson, also support and provide sufficient training to distributor's Salesperson in term of sales skills and product knowledge.


* Providing regular feedback to team, sharing and feedback market movement, the effectiveness of promotional activities, and product development needs as well as pricing recommendations.

Qualifications

Qualifications - External


* Preferable 2 to 3 years or channel / distribution experiences


* Demonstrated successful sales track record in electrical distribution


* Territory / channel management skills


* Strong commercial acumen and account development skill.


* Demonstrated experience in channel marketing and handling sell through (sell out) program


* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skill


* Fluent in English


* Able to work with different levels of stakeholder


* Strong problem-solving, organizational, and management skills.


* Excellent negotiation, networking, and consultative sales skills.


* Exceptional customer service skills.
