What you will do

As Synchronized Planning Digital Transformation Program Sr.

Manager, you will lead critical initiatives aimed at digitally transforming our supply chain planning capabilities.

This role is pivotal in driving digital and data-driven improvements across inventory management, lead time optimization, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and the implementation/integration of key planning systems including SAP S/4HANA, Anaplan, and OMP.

Key Responsibilities



* Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs within the supply chain planning function.


* Lead a team of project managers, providing oversight and guidance, ensuring execution excellence


* Manage cross-functional project teams, including internal resources, external consultants, and system integrators.


* Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to deliver impactful digital solutions


* Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.


* Manage cross-project dependencies, identify and mitigate program risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.


* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and the impact of transformations on supply chain performance.


* Communicate program progress, challenges, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.
