We are searching for the best talent for Direct Materials Purchasing Manager  to be in Juarez, plant Salvarcar.

JOB SUMMARY
The Direct Materials Purchasing Manager plays a critical role in supporting Electrophysiology fastgrowing business.

This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the procurement of  designated materials and components used in both internal manufacturing and designated external 
manufacturing partners, while ensuring optimal inventory levels and high service performance.
In addition to daily operations, the Direct Materials Purchasing Manager assures supplier capacity 
is aligned with forecasted demand across strategic growth platforms.

The ideal candidate brings a 
continuous improvement mindset, is comfortable navigating high-complexity supply chains, and 
leverages technology-enabled solutions to drive operational efficiency and scalability. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
o People Development: Supports team members’ professional growth so they can perform at their  best and continue advancing in their careers.
o Purchasing Team leadership: Lead the Purchasing team to ensure the purchase order process 
is executed per established policies, secures timely availability of assigned materials and 
components to support uninterrupted production.

The team could include Buyers, Planners
Strategic Capacity Specialists, Supply Chain Technicians. 
o Supplier Relationship Management as it relates to day-to-day activities such as purchase order 
placement, volume variations, operational issues, account payable issues, etc.
o Inventory Management and Slow and Obsolete Inventory: Develop, recommend, implement and 
track inventory strategies for designated material categories to optimize stock levels, minimize 
costs, and always ensure product availability.
