We are searching for the best talent for Commercial Quality Sr Analyst to be in

You will be responsible for:

- QS Training process Management; Business Learning Administrator, manage curricula, assignments, materials and training KPI monitoring for the CENCA Cluster.
- QS Document controls management; Business Administrator, deploys documentation standards in the cluster, acts as document controller, monitors KPIs.
- New Product Launch coordination; support in the local strategy preparation and documentation for Launches, supervise on time execution of the launches.
- QS Change controls Management; Guarantee compliance of Change controls J&J standards, supports functional areas in CC preparation, approval and implementation until closure.
- Focal Point for Product delistings and divestments; coordination of the strategy and monitors the execution of GxP activities for local and global delistings, divestments and simplifications.
- Support in the execution of the internal and external audits
- Manage events, deviations and verify the implementation and effectiveness of CAPA actions. 
- Supervise QS Metrics identifying process deviations for trend evaluation purposes
- Support (PSP) Patient support programs and Diagnostic support programs.
- This role is back up of Commercial Quality Coordinator –  QMS

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree: Chemist, Pharmacist or related field

Experience in biotechnology, chemist or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in quality assurance.

Languages: Spanish (advanced), English (business proficiency)

Knowledge, skills or abilities:

- Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, OneNote)

- Central America regulations

- Quality Systems such as No Conformity, change controls, complaints, risk management
