100% FTE, Monday - Friday, 7:00am -5:00pm, no weekends or holidays.

No on-call requirement.

We are seeking a Care Team Leader (CTL) to:


* Motivate and lead nursing staff while working in collaboration with the interprofessional team.


* Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills.


* Direct and lead nursing staff to ensure optimum patient care, efficient operations, quality service and sound financial management.

Qualifications



* ADN Required


* Baccalaureate degree or advanced degree in nursing Preferred


* 6 months of RN experience Required

Licenses & Certifications



* Clinics - Endoscopy- Basic Life Support/CPR Required
