As a member of the Payments Test Product team within the Payments Technology Stability and Resiliency organization, you'll contribute to the product roadmap, end-to-end architecture and design for product testing capabilities used across the enterprise and hands-on review, design as needed of the technology products.

You'll partner with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to continuously innovate, contribute to the product vision and the technology roadmap to correlate business strategy with technology outcomes.

With your knowledge of architecture, design, product delivery, testing, and support, you will raise the bar even more, exceeding standards, as well as satisfying both business and functional requirements.

As a Product Manager in Payments Test Product, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value.

Job responsibilities


* Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers


* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap


* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability


* Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and design troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to evaluate solutions or break down technical problems


* Develops thoroughly-considered high-quality product testing requirements and delivery roadmaps


* Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems


* Leads collaboration sessions with internal teams and vendors to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs, product credentials, and testing applicability for use within existing systems and information architecture
