You will collaborate on our resiliency strategy, fostering continuous improvement of the Resiliency Operating Framework to meet firmwide and regulatory obligations.

Your leadership will ensure engagements are effective and on track, meeting the heightened expectations of the firm and external parties.

Job responsibilities


* Oversee the implementation of the resiliency operating model framework, providing domain expertise to Corporate Technology stakeholders.

Ensure all resiliency-related compliance objectives are met on time, coordinating efforts across functional reports.


* Manage risk and performance measures to continuously validate and assess the effectiveness of resiliency controls.

Incorporate findings into comprehensive reporting and escalation processes, leveraging insights from functional reports.


* Lead the validation, maintenance, and (re)certification of recovery plans and strategies with varying degrees of complexity, guiding functional reports in execution.


* Lead the Data Center resiliency testing program, work transfer, and crisis simulation exercises, coordinating activities across functional reports to ensure thorough testing and preparedness.
