Scope of Assignment

The Organizational Development (OD) intern will work on various projects in support of the team's four key work streams:


* New Employee and Leader Onboarding


* Organizational Culture and Engagement


* Staff and Leadership Development


* Talent and Performance Management

If possible, the intern will begin work on site during the summer and continue working remotely during the fall semester on a part time basis.

There may be potential to extend to the spring semester.

Qualifications


* Enrollment in an accredited college or university obtaining a bachelors, Masters, or PhD degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Training and Development, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; Graduate students will also be considered.


* A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required.


* The role is a hybrid role (mix of onsite and remote work), but flexibility may be available to work remotely during the fall/spring.
