Our Team

You will be a member of a plant-wide reliability team composed of technicians and engineers focused on asset-specific care and maintenance.

What You Will Do


* Collaborate with equipment care technician(s)


* Lead reliability projects like extending lubricant life and electrical equipment efficiency


* Generate best practices to create new ways to sustain equipment performance


* Help the plant prioritize reliability work opportunities


* Take the lead in problem solving sessions with plant subject matter experts

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience with root cause analysis and FMEAs


* Mechanical and electrical systems knowledge in a manufacturing environment

What Will Put You Ahead


* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering


* Experience with Solidworks and design


* CMRP / CMRT Certifications or equivalent

For this role, we anticipate paying $85,000 - $105,000 per year.
