Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility.

Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

We are searching for the best talent for a Transcend: PMO Senior Analyst! This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey.

The PMO Senior Analyst plays a critical role as part of our PMO team and will be responsible for development and implementation of program methodologies and tools to the Innovative Medicine (IM) Transcend program.

Their main accountability will be to support methodology improvements, documentation updates, project planning, risk management, resource management, and day-to-day activities, while ensuring the appropriate implementation and application of project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:


* Provide support to IM Transcend PMO across various activities and outputs (i.e.

project planning support & maintenance, reporting, meeting facilitation support, building playbooks & presentations, handling Risk, Actions, Issues, & Decisions (RAID) log, etc).


* Partner with Project Deployment and Methodology Leads to establish coordinated project plans/methodology/schedules/work for each release.


* Support implementation of program methodology, including relevant templates, tools, controls, and cadence.
