We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee the operations and performance of key project business units.

This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), internal standards, and government regulations.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage deliverables, and collaborate with executive leadership to drive project goals, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

This is a pivotal role for someone who excels in performance analysis, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the Project's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing profit and loss statements to ensure financial targets are met and profitability is maintained.

- Responsible for management and oversight of project business units, staff, and resources, ensures compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) and timeliness of contractually required reports and deliverables.
- Participate with project and executive management to establish strategic plans, objectives, initiatives, and work plans.
