Recruiting Coordinator|Analyst, HR Service Center

The Verisk Global Talent Acquisition team is searching for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their Americas TA Team.

The role will support the Americas Recruiters in coordinating and scheduling interviews.

This position is based in our Jersey City, NJ global headquarters, which offers a flexible hybrid work model.

The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) role is pivotal in helping to ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience by providing a "white glove" service to candidates and hiring managers.

Acting as a Talent Acquisition (TA) ambassador in this highly visible role, the RC will take ownership in supporting the TA team in scheduling a high-volume of candidates for a mix of video and in-person interviews.

The ideal candidate is a system savvy problem solver with a passion for getting things done with excellence and timeliness while working in a fast-paced environment.



* Plan and coordinate end to end interview itineraries across multiple time zones including meeting logistics, interview rooms, technology, etc.


* Create and send a high volume of meeting invitations to interview panelists, and confirmation emails to candidates with an extremely high level of accuracy.


* Work with administrative assistants to navigate executive calendars for highly visible leadership interviews.


* Reschedule interviews/adjust itineraries (as needed); communicate via email and/or phone with candidates and interview panelists to gather availability.


* Dependable and knowledgeable first point of contact for all interview-related inquiries.


* Meet/greet candidates upon arrival and escort them to offices and conference rooms, if onsite.


* Communicate professionally and always maintain a high level of confidentiality.


* Assist with streamlining processes and recommend areas for improvement to ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience.


* Develop an understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as a knowledge of HR policies and procedures.


* Process travel expense reimbursements for traveling candidates.


* Provide scheduling and onsite support for internship programs & events.


* Assist with ad-hoc TA and HR projects.



* Advanced MS Outlook, Excel, and administrative or scheduling experience required.


* Exposure to recruitment processes and systems highly preferred.


* Advanced communication skills (verbal and written); must have a welcoming and professional phone manner.


* Stellar organizational skills and an eye for detail.


* Ability to juggle multiple, complex, and constantly changing scheduling requests and calendars.


* Proficient at coordinating a high volume of interviews across various locations while exercising time zone discretion.


* Ability to interact with all levels of employees and candidates.
